Can’t get to us in person? No problem.
 

We offer an Australia-wide mail-in service for customers wanting to convert old tapes, film reels, slides, discs and other media to digital.
 

Simply complete the forms below, securely pack your media, and send it to us using a tracked postal or courier service.

Once your parcel arrives, we’ll check everything, complete the conversion, transfer your files to USB or your supplied drive, and return your original media along with the digital copies.
 

We can convert formats including VHS, VHS-C, Video8, Hi8, Digital8, MiniDV, Betamax, U-Matic, 8mm & Super 8, Cinefilm film, DVDs, audio cassettes, slides and negatives.
 

Any blank tapes are not charged.

If we find mould, damage or anything requiring additional work, we’ll contact you before proceeding
 

Return postage is charged at the applicable Australia Post or courier rate.
 

Your Files Are Kept Temporarily After Completion

After your conversion is completed, we keep a temporary copy of your digital files on our Network Attached Storage (NAS) array for 30 days.

This provides an additional short-term safety window in case there is a problem with your USB drive or returned files.

After this period, customers should ensure they have created their own backups.

For important family recordings, we strongly recommend keeping at least two copies of your digital files in separate locations.
 

Returning Your Originals

Your original tapes, reels, discs and other media are always returned to you.

Once the conversion is complete, we securely pack your original media together with your USB or storage device and arrange return postage.

Return postage is charged at the applicable Australia Post or courier rate.

For valuable collections, we recommend tracked return postage.
